NLog 2.0 has been released!

It is my great pleasure to announce that NLog 2.0 has been released.

NLog 2.0 release is focused on adding support for new platforms (Silverlight, .NET Framework 4, Windows Phone 7.x), improving logging architecture and manageability and addressing most frequently reported user issues.

Binaries can be downloaded from CodePlex.
Sources are available at GitHub.
NuGet packages are also available.

    The java project logback replaced log4j successfully mostly because it provided a few jars that acted as a bridge. I think that NLog should now focus on providing similar functionality, since the spring.net commons project is basically dead. It’s been quite a few months now and nobody has updated it, and I would really like to use Spring.NET and other libraries with NLog without incurring the cost of using two logging frameworks (ie: having log4net append to nlog).
    **Please**, consider adding this asap.
